I agree to remove any sexually suggestive photos or verbally explicit comments during my reign. I also understand that periodic reviews may take place to ensure alignment with this policy.

I agree to abstain from consuming alcohol or using illegal drugs during any Sovereign Miss competition, appearance, or event where I am representing the Sovereign Miss pageant or wearing any Sovereign Miss state or national regalia.

I understand that all social media pages created using my local or state title must include the corresponding year in the page name.

I understand that national Sovereign Miss titleholders are prohibited from competing in other pageant systems throughout her year of reign.

I understand the official crown, mantle, orb and scepter used for the Sovereign Miss Coronation Ceremony remain the property of Maj & Hi, LLC. These items are entrusted for ceremonial purposes and are not kept by the recipients but returned after the event to ensure their preservation and use for future ceremonies.

I acknowledge that any personal information I provide, including my address, phone number, email address, or other identifiable information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, shared or used for marketing or solicitation purposes.

I understand photos submitted for website or social media display must be professional high-definition photos. I also understand a photography release is required, if requested. I understand selfies will not be accepted.

I acknowledge that all delegates are required to stay at the host hotel.
