RULES TO COMPETE
Contestants must be a citizen of the United States. Certified proof of citizenship must accompany official submission of paperwork.
Employees or volunteers of Maj & Hi, LLC. are not eligible to compete in any area of a Sovereign Ms. official competition.
Sovereign Ms. is a national mainstream pageant, open to contestants 40 years and older who are single, married, widowed, or divorced.
Sovereign Ms. is a pageant dedicated to celebrating women and their unique journeys. Applicants must be female at birth to meet eligibility criteria.
Participants may not be knowingly pregnant.
Each delegate must submit a professional photograph with photo release for website display within 30 days of being awarded a state title. This photo should be head/shoulders. (Participant understands her photo will not be posted on social media or the official website until fees are paid in full and photo release has been received, if requested.) Once the fees are paid in full, an official webpage will be created for display on the website.
All delegates are required to stay at the host hotel for the duration of the pageant, regardless of how close they live to the venue.
All judges' decisions are final.
Maj & Hi, LLC. reserves the right to refuse entry to any applicant.
2027 PAYMENT SPECIFICS
Maj & Hi, LLC accepts payments through PayPal. Please note, any PayPal processing fees are the responsibility of the delegate and must be included with the payment. Instructions on the coverage of those fees is on the payment page.

With respect, personal checks are not accepted. Company checks for sponsorship are accepted. There will be a $35 fee on all returned checks.

Delegate fee payments can also be made via money orders or cashier’s checks. These should be made payable to Maj & Hi, LLC. Please contact us for the delivery address.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All mailed payments must be sent with a tracking number to minimize the risk of theft or loss. Maj & Hi, LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen mail or packages containing entry fees.

2027 FEE SPECIFICS
Refund Policy: SM is a self-sufficient pageant and is produced on the entry and ancillary fees submitted by the delegates. Fees are spent on hotel venue rooms, judges' expenses, production, supplies, prizes, catering, etc. Because of this, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
2027 Fee Schedule
The total entry fee is $1,300 (not including optional competition, ad fees or photography fees).
Once your application is received, you will be notified by email regarding your acceptance and the availability of your requested state. Your selected title will be held as a courtesy for seven days. An initial commitment fee of $300 must be paid within that time frame to secure your placement.
After the initial commitment fee, the remaining balance is divided into two scheduled payments:
A second payment of $500 is due 30 days after the initial payment.
The final payment of $500 is due 60 days after the initial payment.
All fees must be paid in full within 60 days of acceptance and no later than March 1, 2027. Failure to remit payment in full by the stated deadline will result in disqualification, and the state title will be released for reservation.

Bonus for On-Time Payment
Delegates who pay in full according to the scheduled timeline will receive a personal feature page on the Sovereign Miss website, showcasing their head-shot, bio, and q&a for public viewing. this page will be created and published within 14 business days of your final payment date.

Bonus for payment IN FULL at the time of acceptance
In addition to a personal profile page, the first name of the delegate will be embroidered on the back of her sash.

Regalia Information
State regalia will not be mailed until the full $1300 entry fee has been confirmed received. Optional competition, ad fees or photography fees are not included in this amount. We aim to ship your regalia within ten business days of final payment. Your official Sovereign Ms. t-shirt will be included.

NOTE: If your sash or t-shirt is lost or damaged, a replacement can be ordered at a replacement rate of $25, which includes product cost, labor, and shipping.

Optional Competition Payments
All Optionals are $50 with the exception of Talent. Talent is $100. Cover girl is $75. Optional fees must be paid in full by date tbd 2027. Optional scores have no bearing on official Sovereign Ms. national titles.

2027 Coronation Gala: The 2027 Coronation & Investiture Gala is our most prestigious evening of the weekend—an elegant, formal celebration featuring both the crowning of our new titleholders and the presentation of special honors.
During the Coronation, our reigning Grand Sovereign will complete her official transition and be elevated to the title of "Imperial Grand Sovereign" through her official Coronation, marking the closing of her reign and the beginning of her legacy.
The Investiture portion of the Gala is a ceremonial presentation of distinguished awards and honors. These special recognitions—known as Investitures—celebrate excellence, character, leadership, and service, and reflect the values of the Sovereign Ms. Pageant. Each Investiture is presented with dignity and purpose, making this portion of the evening both meaningful and memorable.
Dinner will be served as part of the event. Delegates’ meals are complimentary and included as part of their participation. Friends and family tickets are $80 per person. all guests—regardless of age—are required to pay the full meal price, and unfortunately, there is no discounted rate for children. This will be a formal affair.
