ELIGIBILITY: Sovereign Ms. is a national mainstream pageant created exclusively for mature women—distinguished, confident, refined, and captivating—open to contestants age 40 and older, whether single, married, or widowed.

OPTIONAL COMPETITIONS:

Online Photogenic: This is a competition where votes decide the winner. The delegate with the highest number of votes will claim the title!

Portfolio: Recognizing natural beauty and poise through a submitted portrait or professional headshot.

Dear Younger Me: A writing competition where delegates submit a hand-written letter to their younger self—offering wisdom, encouragement, or perspective gained through life’s journey.

Community Service: Submit a one-page written statement (approx. 500 words) describing your community service. Focus on what you did, who it helped, and why it mattered. Entries will be judged on clarity, impact, and personal reflection. No photos or additional materials—just your story.

Social Media: Delegates will have 10 days to create and post as much content as they like to promote the pageant. The goal is to generate excitement, visibility, and engagement. The delegate with the highest combined total of posts and views at the end of the 10-day period will be crowned the Social Media Winner.
