Yes. You may represent any state you were born in, have lived in or own property in. You may also represent regions, such as "Ms. Bayou State", etc.

Each contestant should submit a digital "Delegate Profile" (Fact Sheet). Details on the content will be in the delegate handbook.

NOTE: The delegate profile should include a color head/shoulders photo of yourself. It will not be judged, but will be used as a guide by the judges. A link to upload all required paperwork will be provided when the state regalia is sent.
