OFFICIAL CATEGORIES:

50% Private Interview
Each delegate will participate in a 7-minute private interview with a panel of 3–6 qualified judges.

• The interview will begin with a 30-second self-introduction from the delegate.

• Judges will then ask questions based on the delegate’s official profile and current events.

• The interview will conclude with a 30-second closing statement from the delegate.

All delegates will remain seated during the interview. A stationary chair will be provided. A timekeeper will be present but will remain discreet and behind the delegate.

• Refinement and appropriate attire

• Overall Impression

20% Cocktail Pant Wear
Style meets sophistication on the runway. This segment highlights polished, elevated fashion with a modern edge—think refined, confident, and impeccably styled. Attire should reflect the level of elegance you’d wear to a formal corporate dinner or an upscale evening event. This segment celebrates individuality, confidence, and fashion flair.  Modeling should be bold and dynamic—more Miss USA than Miss America.

20% Evening Gown

This segment showcases elegance, grace, and timeless beauty.  Modeling should be smooth, refined, and focused on presence—not performance.

10% Photogenic

This year, Photogenic is being introduced as a scored category. Prior to your interview, our staff photographer will take several photos of each delegate. You will then choose the single image you would like submitted for judging.

• Facial expression and connection

• Poise and posture

• Overall polish and presentation

• Overall impression

Important Notes:

• If the number of entries requires a Top 5, an on-stage question will be added and will count for 10% of the overall score. This score will be combined with preliminary results to determine the true overall high-point winner. In this case, the on-stage question will replace Photogenic as the 10% scoring component.

• If a tie occurs within at this time, the judges will confer to determine the winner(s).
