A proud native of Mt. Clemens, Michigan, Nancy Contreras reflects a life guided by kindness, faith, and devotion to others. Now retired, she embraces each day with a simple but powerful belief: to treat others as she would wish to be treated.

Her most cherished accomplishment is her family. Becoming a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother is the legacy she holds closest to her heart. Guided by her personal motto, to stand tall, wear your crown, and remain sweet on the inside, Nancy carries herself with warmth and grace. Her signature color, turquoise, reflects her vibrant and uplifting spirit.

Nancy enjoys making crafts and collecting salt and pepper shakers, hobbies that reflect her creativity and appreciation for life’s small joys. Her compassion extends into volunteer work supporting autism and brain injury organizations, including Danny’s Miracle Angel Network, where she continues to make a meaningful impact.

Inspired by her mother, a woman she remembers as strong, loving, and compassionate, Nancy lives with purpose and perspective. She believes women in their seventies are often misunderstood as inactive, when in truth they are vibrant, engaged, and full of life. She honors herself by maintaining her appearance and always presenting her best self to the world.
